Come across the street and down the way from Hicks' mansion and you will find this gated home that belongs to billionaire Mark Cuban. He is the billionaire who earned his living and then bought the Dallas Mavericks. I guess when you are worth an estimated $2,600,000,000 on Forbes Richest Americans list, you can buy whatever you want. The mansion on DeLoache Ave. is simply stunning. The 23,676 sq. foot mansion sits on a large piece land and contains many amenities. An 8 car garage, pool with spa, tennis court and cabana come with this mansion that is appraised at $17,600,000. Surely is a pure Texas mansion!

Tom Hicks' is a big businessman and sports team owner who lives in the affluent and prestigious area of Highland Park, Texas in north Dallas. His estate is the most expensive in Dallas. Appraising in at $41,462,030 dollars, this Walnut Hill Lane estate offers it's owners 29,000 sq. feet on 25 acres with 6 bedrooms. Other commodities include 12 fireplaces, a deck with spa and pool, gardens and a massive garage. Hicks recently got himeself into trouble and faces losing the home. On the market for a near $28,000,000, Hilfiger's luxurious estate enjoys amenities including a home theater, infinity pool, tennis court, indoor basketball court, wine cellar, gym, spa and sauna, seven bedrooms, and stone fireplaces. Probably the most elegant features of the home include the walls and architecture.  The precise detail is simply stunning. Heated marble floors and cashmere walls sure do set the luxurious stage very high. The classic tradition home is located in Greenwich, Connecticut.
